Rodel Lalap

Bio

Rodel Lalap, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and U.S. Air Force veteran dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized mental health care at Frame of Mind Clinic Psychiatry.

Rodel began his healthcare career in critical care nursing, where he developed a strong foundation in clinical precision, empathy, and resilience under pressure. His passion for helping individuals through some of life's most challenging moments ultimately led him to psychiatric practice. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health from Chamberlain University in 2025.

Rodel provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based therapeutic support across the lifespan. His clinical interests include mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and high-stress life transitions, with a strong commitment to making quality psychiatric care accessible through telehealth.

As a veteran, Rodel brings a unique understanding of the challenges experienced by service members, veterans, and first responders. He is equally passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and caregivers - those who dedicate their lives to caring for others and deserve compassionate support themselves.

His Approach to Care
Grounded in safety, collaboration, compassion, and individualized treatment, Rodel believes in caring for the whole person—not simply treating symptoms. He strives to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where every patient feels heard, respected, supported, and actively involved in their treatment.

His goal is to help patients achieve greater stability, emotional well-being, and renewed purpose, while reducing the stigma surrounding mental health care.

Beyond Practice
Outside of clinical practice, Rodel enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active through running and golf, and exploring the diverse Las Vegas culinary scene.
