Frame of Mind Clinic Psychiatry is a growing Las Vegas mental health practice seeking a motivated, compassionate, and highly organized Medical Assistant to join our team.

Our Medical Assistants play an essential role in supporting our psychiatric providers and therapists while ensuring that every patient feels welcomed, respected, and cared for.
The Opportunity
As a Medical Assistant, you will work closely with our providers, patients, pharmacies, and administrative team to help coordinate daily clinical operations and maintain an efficient patient schedule.
Responsibilities include patient scheduling and check-in, appointment reminders, patient communication, prescription and pharmacy coordination, EHR documentation support, insurance-related administrative tasks, answering calls and messages, and assisting providers with day-to-day patient care coordination.
Some weekend availability may be required.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Medical Assistant certification or relevant healthcare experience is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, compassionate, and positive approach to patient interactions
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems is an asset; training will be provided
- Flexibility to work occasional weekend shifts as needed
- Healthcare-related students are welcome to apply
