📖 Our Beginning
Frame of Mind Clinic Psychiatry was co-founded by Jayson Agaton, a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner who serves as Medical Director, and Jarek Lipczynski, Executive Director. Together, they shared a dream: to build a different kind of mental health clinic—one where people feel safe, respected, and cared for the moment they walk through the door.
Both Jayson Agaton and Jarek Lipczynski believed mental health care should be personal and compassionate, not rushed or impersonal. They wanted to create a place that feels less like a clinic and more like a sanctuary - a space where healing begins with warmth, understanding, and trust.
